I am selling my baby. We enjoyed this travel trailer for 2 years, we have to cut some costs and build up some reserves before hubby gets back surgery so we can weather his recovery time. The condition, simply...practically new. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing wrong to name here. You can check the blue book value or google 'Fleetwood Pioneer 18T' and the cheapest you will find this model anywhere in the USA is from $9,900 on up to $13,000 and mine is nicer. Your gain. You can also check the readers forums from Campingworld and type 'Fleetwood Pioneer 18T' also and see what campers/RVers from all over say about this model. http://www.campingworld.com/forums/ No sense in listing all the things this trailor comes with. It has everything except a generator. The usual options like the awning is in perfect condition. This trailor sleeps 7 but we are only 2 adults and a child.
