Description

We are looking for a roommate to share our three bedroom house. $350 monthly includes cable, high speed internet and all utilities. We are centrally located, on the bench, near the freeway, greenbelt, downtown, parks and walking distance to BSU. House has Central A/C, a fireplace, dishwasher, full washer and dryer, a charcoal BBQ and gas grill as well as a very friendly and happy dog. Dogs are negotiable as long as they arent lil yip yappin ankle biters and are crate trained for when you aren't around. We are a married couple currently renting out one of the three rooms and looking to rent the third. The room has a queen bed if you need it. In addition to storage for your extra things, the basement has a computer center with two computers, web cam and laser jet printer for use. Also in the basement, we have a gym area with a recumbent bike, health rider, total gym, free wieghts and a treadmill. Please no drug users, drinking is ok, and we'd prefer a non-smoker as we are all non smokers
