Description

I brought my xbox 360 to the Handy Guys to be repaired for an overheating issue with the graphics processing unit. I left a game (NCAA Football 09) in the dvd drive so that they would have something to use when they tested the repair and informed the clerk of this when I dropped the unit off for repair. Two days later I picked up the unit, inquired as to whether or not the game was still in it, which I was assured that it was, brought it home only to discover that the game was of course not in it. I called the Handy Guys to inquire about the games possible whereabouts at which time they ensured me that they would find it and get it two me. They assured me that they would call me back as soon as they located my game. I received no call backs and when I contacted them the next day they told me that they had asked all of their employees about the game and had no recollection of ever seeing before further informing me that the repair they performed would not have required them to access the DVD drive and therefore the game must still be at my home. Im not crazy about video games but I do expect that a business I support would protect my personal property and at least offer compensation for their mistake, which the Handy Guys of Boise, ID certainly has made no attempt to do. From a customer service standpoint the Handy Guys is one of the worst businesses in Boise, do yourself a favor take your damaged electronic equipment to someplace that respects its customers and will not steal from them.
