Property Management and Maintenance Company looking for:

OFFICE COORDINATOR- RESPONSIBLITIES: filing, correspondence, data entry, compile meeting packets, meeting logistics, answering phones, sorting mail, scheduling multiple calendars, payroll and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

**The job requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

##TELEPHONE SALES EXPERIENCE A PLUS.

It is a position in a friendly and supportive environment that requires multi-tasking, self-direction and communicating with owners in a professional manner.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, ). Attention to detail is a must! Email resume.
