I rehabbed this place in 2006. Couldnt get it sold and rented it instead. Have had it professionally maintained and its in good shape. Everyone who looked at it said the same thing...really nice house in a mediocre neighborhood.

The classic story-we fixed it up nice and spent way more than its worth now. Make me a CASH offer for a FAST close. By FAST I mean DAYS not WEEKS. Ive been to all the seminars so please dont call trying to option it or put it under contract unless you have CASH and want to put up a non-refundable earnest money deposit.
