Apartment: Ground level, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, large kitchen and living room area (roughly 600-700 sq. feet). I am looking for a single person or couple to take over my lease beginning June 1. You could either stay until July 31 or renew the lease at that time in order to stay for a full year.

The BEST part is, Im offering you a reduced rent for June and July of $625/month. Currently I pay $725 and am on the lease until July 31, so I will pay $100 of your rent for two months!!

This is an amazing one bed, one bath loft-style apartment on Warm Springs! It’s spacious, updated, quiet and walking distance to downtown and the greenbelt. There are two quiet neighbors that live above and have a separate entrance, but otherwise there are no attached neighbors. This apartment was remodeled by a builder so it’s in excellent condition and has a lot of nice amenities (see below).

Please note that heat is FREE (it’s on Warm Springs and therefore geothermal), but you would pay your own utilities. Water/sewer/trash is paid by the landlord. My Idaho Power bill runs about $18/month and my Cable One Internet bill is $50/month.

You: Clean, quiet, responsible, non-smoking and without animals. This is a really nice apartment, and the landlord will only approve tenants that will take good care of the place, pay their rent on time, and remain smoke and animal-free.
