I am looking for someone to take over my lease at a one bed one bath 650sf house in the bench area. Rose Hill + Roosevelt area. The lease would be for six months, $525/month. First and last months rent + $500 deposit needed to move in. You would also pay for gas and electric. No pets allowed. Has good AC and heat. Bedroom recently remodeled. Place looks very nice and has all kitchen appliances including dishwasher. Comes with washer and dryer. Has fireplace but can't be used. Will be somewhat furnished with a couch and coffee table.
