I am a 27 year old female, full time vet tech, own my own home in Boise on W Lupine ST between Fairview and Ustick off Fivemile. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, pergo flooring, bold paint colors, fenced in back yard, 2 car garage. I do have 1 mini schnauzer and 1 chiuahuah that get along well with kids and other animals. I have a 22 year old live in girlfriend. She is a full time dental assistant and also works at a temp agency. Rent is $400.00 a month and 1/3 or 1/4 of the utilities. Which are Extended cable, wireless high speed internet, water/sewer, trash and Idaho Power. I am not asking for a sec deposit.
