I am moving out and need someone to live with my roommate starting the 1st of December. The house is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse, with garage, patio, tons of storage, gas heat, a/c, fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, very nice neighborhood, close to BSU and downtown. This place is really nice and cheap, especially for the area. Rent for one person is $350 per month, and a $350 damage deposit will be needed to secure the room. The master bedroom is available to you, it is slightly bigger than the other one, with a private bathroom. Roommate has one cat. call or email Phil any time.
