Green 97 Hyundai Elantra wagon for sale. 5 speed manual. It runs but the engine may need some work. It died on me a couple times so I had it looked at and they said the compression isnt normal and only 3 of the 4 cylinders are firing. The body is in pretty good shape. The last tow truck driver pulled the front bumper off a little. The sun has made the paint wither. The windshield is cracked and no rearview mirror. Interior in good shape but small rip in side of driver’s seat. CD player, ac and heat work great! Rear defrost. Kept up on oil changes, tune-ups, good tires, all new door handles, new washer pump, hood latch, starter fairly new, clutch binding reinforced. I got 30-34mpg on the freeway. The original miles are about 173,000 but it has about 73,000 on an engine that was replaced before I bought it. With a little work to the engine, itll definitely last a few years. Great car to fix up. Would also consider any reasonable trades.
